Pour a clear light amber orange (clearer than might be expected for a wheat beer). Citrus and biscuit notes on the nose. Tart almost to the point of sour on the palate with a smooth, easy finish.
Like the Nickel Brook offering that I reviewed a couple of weeks ago, this is another ‘wet hop’ ale using only Ontario-grown hops. It pours a clear, light amber-orange. Tropical hop hints on the nose. A bit lighter on the palate than I was hoping for, but still with a pleasant crispness and some grip on the finish. A fine herald for future Ontario hop harvests to come.
Pours amber-orange. Lovely pine resin hops on the nose. Resin continues on the palate along with citrus and a pleasant cleansing bitterness and leads to a lengthy finish.
The label features a reproduction of “The Man with the Master Van” by artist Cait Maloney
Pours light amber. Pleasant hop and biscuit notes on the nose combined with a slight funkiness. Light on the palate with hints of citrus. Not a very lengthy finish.
Pours a cloudy light yellow-orange. Pine resin on the nose and lots of lemon-pine on the palate. I find the finish more bitter than the 40 IBUs listed on the label would seem to suggest. I think this could be a great food beer when paired with lemon accented dishes.

A lovely saison that pours golden orange and has a zest that pairs amazingly with breaded tilapia.
Pours cloudy dark amber-brown. Notes of toffee and crème brûlée on the nose. The palate is smoky and reminiscent of Rauchbier with much more sweetness. The finish is velvety smooth and pleasant. Recommended.
Pours cloudy dark yellow. Nose of citrus, melon and biscuit. Velvety on the palate with generally good balance that only slightly strays into some astringent notes around the edges of the finish. Overall a nice quaff. Recommended.
Collaboration between brewmasters Sam Corbeil and Ryan Morrow of Nickel Brook.
Pours cloudy amber orange. Nose of tropical fruit and pine resin. Loads of hop of the palate encircled by orange citrus and palate scraping bitterness. The finishing is pleasantly long. Highly recommended.
Very cloudy amber-orange. Pine resin and tropical fruit on the nose. A creamy palate of refreshing bitter hop and citrus tang. Highly recommended.
